Ramdung is situated south of Na in the upper Rolwaling region and is one of a cluster of peaks surrounding Yalung La. It provides an access to upper Rolwaling from the south via the Khare Khola. The normal route to this mountain, through the glaciers of North-East Flank, is straightforward. The mountain offers a panoramic view of mountain ranges from Langtang to Everest and also a splendid view of Gauri Shankar and Menlungtse.

Day 03 : Drive Kathmandu/Barabise -commence trek
Day 04 : Kabre (1605 m.)
Day 05 : Dolongsa
Day 06 : Bigu Gompa (2310 m.)
Day 07 : Chilangka (1923 m.)
Day 08 : Dulong (1890 m.)
Day 09 : Shalu (1500 m.)
Day 10 : Simigoan (2000 m.)
Day 11 : Forest Camp (2800 m.)
Day 12 & 13 : Beding (3694 m.)
Day 14 : Na (4100 m.)
Day 15 : Na (4100 m.) rest day
Day 16 : Na to Base Camp
Day 17 : Base Camp to High Camp
Day 18 : Climb the peak and back to Base Camp
Day 19 : Extra day incase of bad weather
Day 20 : Croos Yalung_La and trek further. Forest camp (2800 m.)
Day 21 : Chetchet (1500 m.)
Day 22 : Chetre (1000 m.)
Day 23 : Dolakha (950 m.)
Day 24 : Charikot
Day 25 : Drive Charikot/Kathmandu.
